Feeding Pleco Papaya

I was wondering if those of you who feed pleco papaya have ever frozen pieces of it.
Is it freeze/thaw stable?
I've Google searched and it's coming up with baby food recipes!
Apparently you can freeze it as a purée!

Hi there,

If your freeze/thaw it, it will unfortunately fall apart very very rapidly as all the cells have been damaged by the freezing process (i.e. polluting your tank).

squeeze some lime juice over it (or add it and some lime to a smoothy) tastes gread! ;p
