Feeding Petricola?

Can someone tell me what I should feed my Petricola? The eight I have have taken to a large rock pile (Syno Cove ) and I need a sinking pellet for them.

It has to be something that my Mbuna could eat without getting Malawi bloat. They are kept in a tank stocked with Pseudotropheus Acei, and pretty soon many other Mbuna.

JMC Catfish Pellets are good. So long as the Mbuna get good food else where I think it would be fine.

mine love algae wafers,small cichlid crumbles(sinking),and cichlid flakes.i send flakes underwater by dropping them in the filter output
