Most veg should be fine I think, I blanch it so that its softer and easier for them to eat, then use plant weights to make them sink, you can use lots of thing like cutlery for that though. Apparantly unshelled peas can be dangerous to some fish although i'm not sure about that, i'm sure someone more knowledgeable will reaply soon. I feed mine caugette/zucchini and sweet potato mostly and they all seem to enjoy it, although only the catfish really go for the caugette.

Spectrum I have always used unshelled peas to help with the digestion of my fish at least once a fortnight :good:

Craig sounds like your doing the Wright thing but I would say twice a day is once to much but that is just an opinion of course there are some species that do require feeding more than once a day but I do not think you have any.

Cucumber is used as a nice change from time to time when trying new food just remember to not leave what's left in the tank for to long as it can get lost then degrade then turn into Ammonia.

There is a common belief that a LARGE percentage over feed there fish I am not saying you are but it is worth thinking about, how much is enough? lol this is an ambiguous subject one rule of thumb is what you put in should all be eaten within 5 minutes max personally I feed mine a little less relying on observation to see if any of my fish are getting none or getting thin and making a special effort that some food comes there way. I am a big fan of reading this forum and picking up on other forum members ideas on feeding and what they use, I am always seeking new foods so things do not get boring at dinner time :good:
