Feeding my betta

Whats the best food to give a betta? I'm finding it hard to come by betta food for some reason, i have fresh frozen blood worms but they need other food as well don't they? Any suggestions?

Mine get frozen bloodworm, artemia and lately beef heart although I have to chop it up as the chunks are quite big.

The rest of the time they get bio-gold pellets, if you can't find them then any type of small pellet will be fine. I have tetra pellets and granules and they all eat those.

Some will eat flake as well as pellet. Also, don't forget the peas. They can live on bloodworms and peas if necessary. BettaMomma has one that won't eat anything else!
