Hello,

I feed my fish a block of mysis shrimp each day and i just but it on a spoon and give them the hole thing is that ok!!

how many fish? from your previous threads i would say that is far too much.

you are meant to de-frost it first too, then pour all the water to waste. rinse it in a net if possible. The water that comes of frozen food is rammed with phosphates

Similar to what I do except I defrost it in a glass with a bit of boiling water in then add it via a baster so I can target the sun coral and the fish seperate

Hello,

I have:

1 lawnmower blenny
1 banded sleeper goby
1 regal damsel
1 spotted hawkfish

And by the way i get the cube put it in a bowl and then put water in then i drain all the water away in the net, then i put the food in the tank.

a block of mysis is waaaayyyyy too much to feed the 4 fish you have. your defrosting method is good but you should only add what your fish can eat within a couple of minutes. use a baster or a pipette to suck up some of the food and squirt some of it into your tank. if your fish have finished all the food in less the a minute, add a little more and make sure they eat everything within a minute. whatever is left over should be taken out, although since you have a sleeper goby you could leave the food in there for a little longer.

but 1 block is definitely too much to feed the fish you have.

1 blockdoes me two feeds and leaves some to target feed the sun coral

Depends on the size of the blocks. Got some Mysis recently which came in really small blocks and 1 block just about feds 4 fish with a small bit going to my sun and bubble coral.

I have a tea strainer I put the blocks in then run it under tap water for a few minutes.

when i had my fish only tanks i used to half block brine shrimp and half block
of a marine food mix defrosted in half a cup of tank water then shared between
two tanks just by pouring it from one end of the tank to the other just feed enough so that it all gone and nothings left on the substrate i also used to feed live brine shrimp as well home hatched they used to go mad for that
