If this has been covered before then I apologise.

I now have a pod culture setup (courtesy of ozzie2011) and I know I need to feed of a night with the pumps off but I'm not sure how often I'm meant to feed the tank/mandy?

Is it everyday or twice a week or what?

I had a quick look on the web but all it says is what you feed them but not how many times.

Please help as I don't want my fav fish to suffer!

Cheers!

C'mon guys!......surely one of you must know! ...........anyone!

Woke up this morning to find that I had a powercut over night. I raced downstairs to check my tanks and they were, thankfully ok. ( temp was ok, pumps working, fish happy).
But unfortunatly my pod culture seems to have called it a day ( don't know if powercut effected them or not as the air pump wasn't working. The water was clear 'ish' and there seemed to be no activity in there ( not that you can always tell but I've only had the culture a few days so a complete noob to this aswell).

I have rang round the local fish stores to try and get a bottle of live pods which can be refrigerated (would this be ok for feeding the Mandy) I don't really want another culture if If I can help it.
I have found one lfs that has them but as it's not exactly round the corner I have no way of getting to them before the weekend so I am worried about my Mandy.

I do have a bottle of TMC nutra plus reef feed which contains pods, rotifers etc. Would this suffice for the time being until I get chance to get down to my not so local fish store. It does say on the bottle for feeding fish, inverts, coral etc.

Anyone?

If worst comes to worst, I can always take him back but won't give me anything for him.
