hi there,just wanted to know i have an red base anemone and a sebae and 3 tube worms. i feed the 2 anemones directly with a little injector and spray the marine life inver food over the anemone ? is that ok ?

on the bottel it says for my size tank i can just dump 5ml into the water or is target feeding better?

I'd target feed the anenome's. I wouldn't worry too much about the tube worms as they are filter feeders anyway. If you like, you can kick up a little of the surface sand around the tube worms until there are a lot of "dirt" particles in the water. This will settle down again within 10 minutes, but the tube worms will find nourishment from that.
