Feeding Goldfish -How Much Food Do They Need?

My goldfish is quite small, maybe 6cm excluding tail but has a HUGE appetite. Currently feeding him goldfish flakes twice daily. Comes up to the surface and sucks all food up greedily in seconds.He seems to eat a lot more for his size than similar size or larger tropical fish like mollies or convict cichlids
Worried about under/overfeeding him

small amounts 2 or 3 times a day is fine.. goldfish will eat all day long,they are ever such greedy fish- no certainly dont be tempted to overfeed ( even if he looks at you like hes starving) it will cause harm to his health by way of water quality and becoming a fatty
