feeding fish when treating for ich

Hello folks, just had a wee outbreak of ich in my tank. Wee B*&*@£ds.

I added a spot of aqua salts turned off the lights, raised the temp and added some ich medication.

But what about feeding, do I carry on as usual or should I reduce it while they are being treated?
