Hi Guys, OK here is the story, I have a 54L Tank at work.
I have no freezer at work and just a fridge and want to know what I can feed my Dwarf Puffer fish.
My tank was infested with snails. Now they are all gone, GO PUFFER FISH. But now that they are gone what can you advise me to feed them. I can't have frozen bloodworms as there is no freezer.
My LFS one has no live foods. I have seen cockels at my local shop, there is a Budgens close by, there is a pet store at the market which has dried bloodworms, will this work? Or can I use the cockels from the local store, making sure they are in plain water or brine? Please advise, it has been two weeks since I have not seen any snails in the tank and they look hungry.
My LFS is not so helpful as I asked for some snails and they said they didn't have any,, Don't ask... I hate my LFS now....

If you have a fridge at work, could you not bring a block of frozen bloodworm from home, thawed out and rinsed, in a container to feed your puffs with? Thawed ones should keep well in the firdge for a few days...mine do :D

Ooo, I never thought about that, I just thought that if it melted it would go off? Could I get a blister pack and keep in a normal fridge? It will be melted won't it? I can go to the LFS and get a blister pack...

I'd be inclined just to keep a few thawed blisters in the fridge at a time, rather than a whole pack, as they must have a consume by date (gross thought  ) once thawed out ^_^ My 3 take forever to munch through one blister let alone a whole pack.
