feeding coral.

ok guys this mite sound dumb but i would like to know how you would feed a coral? i currently own 2 corals but they are both photosynthetic feeders!

What type of corals are we talking about?

ermm i dunno really lol! maybe 1's like sunflower corals! By feeding i mean do you just squirt the phytoplankton? into the water and let the corl feed itself or not?

the corals that i have in my tank know are a mushroom leather, a brown/green button polyp and a new hammerhead coral. I was looking at maybe getting a sun flower but again that would need feeding and i am stumped on how to??
