Feeding Big Cats... Well Not That Big

our common syno's getting all grown up now, he's getting to around 6". he's previously been fed mostly on catfish pellets with veg and algae wafers going in too that he shares with the plec, he also has bits of whatever other fishfood gets down to the bottom of the tank.

just wondering if as he's getting bigger now his diet needs to change? what should we be feeding him?

not really, just vary it a little bit, see what he likes, but 4 the most part, always feed him on the same food.

you could add the occasional meaty treat like chopped mussle or prawn

ok cool, oscar gets meaty treats once in a while and I'm sure some gets down to spot so that's covered all ready. He gets a decent amount of variety, but the catfish pellets are his staple.
