Can anyone advise me when and how to feed a bubble tip anemone.
Many thanks Gary

It really depends how big it is and what conditions its kept in. What type of lights is it under? I dont feed mine at all, its still very young and came on some live rock as a passenger. I would never ever purchase one again as i have strong views about their sustainability in captiviy. However, your nenny will need a feed probably once per week and depending on size i would guess it will take anything fro mnoral frozen food or largfer ones would take frozen cockle (what i fed my atlantic before i returned him)

Thanks for replying,It is 6 in max wide and is feeding on frozen cockle. They are about 1/4in pieces and never rejects it.So i don`t know when it`s hungary.

Well basically if you feed it everyday then you will soon get a very very large bubble tip  In the wild they dont get regualr feeds and tobe honest they hardly get large meals at all. so feed it about once per week a single cockle and this will suffice. believe it or not the nenny will find food for itself in the water colum so i would not be too worried. By keeping the food to a smaller and rgular shcedual you will also keep its size managable.
