feedin veg pls help

how long can u leave it in the tank
for before it starts pollutin the tank
i av been told i can leave it in ther
for 24hrs but wot do u guys reccomend
pls help

24 hours is about right

some veggies last longer though. I've left romaine lettuce for up to 2 days and it still looked crunchy but i wouldn't recommend on a regular basis

i used to put a bit of cucumber in with one of those things that suck to the tank with a screw to put the veg on i got told to change it daily

Hi...I"ve had a spinach leaf in for 3, but, keeping an eye on it. I don't think I"d leave in longer than 2-3 days. SH

I leave a cucumber for a day every now and then.
