i don't think theres anything stopping you adding a post at the bottom of the relevent sale thread once you had received the item.
at least that way you can search back through previous items sold and get some sort of feedback

I went to pick up some fish I bought from him and he stole a whole afternoon and made up some story about drinking too much cider and being in a pub which I was never in and I don't believe it even exists. I now suspect Rohypnol...

To make matters worse he then makes me think it is a good idea to help him move his large tank...
