I was wondering if anyone has had success in breeding feather dusters...and if so, how it was done.

I have never bred them but the best way is to keep them well fed and accurately simulate seasonal and lunar cycles. This will also make clams and cnidarians spawn in many cases. Keep in mind that the larvae are quite difficult to raise.
