;) Hi all, just wanted some advice. I posted before about my sister in laws tank. Basically she has thrown in a bit of anything she liked the look of and the poor betta in there looks so ill, he is washed out looking, scraggy fins and looks so sad. She has gone and moved out and left the care to her dad which is worse, i feel so helpless my partner says i cant help all fish, and it has nothing to do with me :( But I am finding it really hard to go there and see the sorry state that there in  My father inlaw is the type of man who wont accept any acvice. Its so heart breaking it really is. What do you all reckon I should do? :/ They are well overstocked have tons in there! I know i should just tell him but he such an arrogant a**e HELP!

;) I said that 2 my partner that I will just take it he said u cant help it its not yours to help, and where would i house it i have a betta . I mean that really isnt a issue cos i will go and get somethin just so he has some sort of life! :/ It is soooo frustrating. I hate people like that just see a pretty fish and put it in not caring weather it can b housed with the others :grr:

Well tell your partner that if we all turned the other cheek  like him when something like this happens imagine what type of world we would live in. My boyfriend is forever telling me to keep my nose out if anything happens, but i can't help it, we need to stick up for anything that can't stick up for it self :flex:
That my moan done for the thanks

cheers red devil, i gonna try and talk to the father in law and just tell him how it is :look: that it is gonna die if he doesnt hand it over then maybe he will surrender it :D

Sometimes they surprise you.
Just tell him the tank looks a tad bit overstocked, and you'd like to help him out. Try to make it a positive thing.

If that doesn't work, just net him and run.
