Fat sleeper goby eye issue

Hello all,

I've been battling my gobys eye issue for almost 2 months.

I've used prazipro, api GC and maracyn two it seems to be spreading ..his eye itself looks fine.

He eats fine and acts normal I've had him for 4 years I took some pictures ,let me know what you think it could be

Ammonia:0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: no higher than 20
Ph : 7.8
Salanity:1.003-1.005
Temp:82
240gallon
50% water change every 2 weeks
Tankmates:tigermoray,dragon gobies,tiger scats,silver datnoid,whiptail banjo catfish ,snakehead gudgeon

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

It's not a bacterial, fungal or protozoan infection.
It's not physical damage.

It looks like 2 parasitic worms, one on each side of the eyeball.

Praziquantel treats tapeworm but there are other types of worms that are unaffected by Praziquantel.

I would try Flubendazole (deworming product) and see if it helps. If it doesn't then either consult a fish vet or wait till it gets worse, then euthanise the fish.
