Fasting Questions

I have decided to start fasting my fish once a week for a day. I have a very pregnant guppy who should be releasing any day now. She's been pregnant now for 3 weeks and 2 days and I'm guessing she will have her babies in a day or two. Should I fast her too? I don't really know whether I should or not. HELP!! Thanks for all your help in advance too!

Personally, I would not fast a pregnant guppy. She is using lots of energy to develop those fry, and needs all of her nutrition. Just an opinion, though.
