Fantails

I have a rather large pond in my back yard with 2 koi and 4 fantails. About 6(ish) months ago i noticed these 'wart-like' lumps appearing all over one of my fantails, especially on his head and eyes. He seems fine, still eating and swimming around happy as ever, and as you can see, he's had them for while now so im just wondering what they could be?
Any answers?

The fish could have something like Hole in the Head disease, can you describe the appearance, size, colour etc of the "warts" and post some pics of them on the fish if posible too please ? There are many things the fish could have, the main thing is to ID what exactly the fish has, how infectious and lethal it is, whether it can be treated or not, and how to prevent it happening to other fish etc .
