(fancy) Goldfish Size

so i was looking at my orandas nice and close today and I realized that my female has gotten larger than the male and he was quite a bit bigger than her when I bought him so I got to wondering, do female goldies tend to be bigger than males, or is it the other way around? Or does it have nothing to do with gender but instead depend entirely on other factors like genetics and who's the bigger food fiend, etc.?

My female fancies are bigger than the males so maybe it is. With the common breeds I think its the other way round but not sure.

i have loads and loads of goldfish in my families pond coz they all had babies. Tehy are all really biig now. Maybe could be preggers?
