I see all these full moons and stuff you guys have.

Mostly People from the UK. I'm thinkin it must be nice over there that pet shops carry these

I have never seen anything like that in one of my pet stores. Or do you order them from somewhere?

sometimes pet stores are really awesome and have these lovely fish. a lot of people buy off online auctions like aquabid.

I live in New York City. HMs, CTs, DTs, plakats, can be bought at Chinatown.

Online auctions like others have said. Occasionally one of the chain stores near me will have crowntails now (not the best specimens but still). But the smaller locally owned FISH stores will also place an order from their breeders sometimes. If you have any of those you might ask. You may also look to see if there is a betta society near you. You might get hooked up with a breeder that way.
