Fahaka Puffers

We just got 2 Fahaka puffers on a new shippment. One of them is very dull and not to healthy looking. I was very displeased with the quality and health that they were shiped in. I was wondering if their is any special care or anything that I need to know to help them out. I have the 2 of them in their own 55 in the tank closes to the sump on the bottom row of tanks. All of their water is fine and in the nessesary paramiters. any advise to help bring these guys along would be great.

There is a really good post, just recently posted a few lines down, i think its called fahaka puffers. Anyway, from what was said on there they die all the time at the lfs because of he extreme care they need. an expert also said they should never ever be kept with another of the same species or any tankmates for that matter, as they are extremely aggressive. I am sure you are probably aware of that, but i am just trying to help. Also, it says they are so dirty that a water change is needed every other day and vaccum everyday, pretty crazy fish. A member mentioned they can break the glass with their teeth when trying to attack a human outside of the tank. all puffers are sensitive to whitespot in stressful periods but generally respond well to treatment so have a good ich med to hand
