F8 in Marine?

Can a Figure 8 go into a fully marine tank at an adult age?

I have read somewhere that GSP could probably take full marine as adults, but not F8's. I am not sure however, so you will probably want to hear from someone else on the issue.

NO! F8's like LOW Brackish salt levels, around 1.008-1.012. Marine is 1.024!!!!!

I wanted to know because someone on these forums had a picture of a GSP with a F8, and I wanted to know if they can continue to be in the same tank. Obviously not.
