External Filter

I've just added (yesterday) an external to my 190L Juwel tanks. the tank
usually has, as well as the standard juwel corner filter, a fluval 4+
filter. At the moment they are all running, inc the external one.
Can I take out the fluval? Is there enough biological filter material in the
juwel one to keep the biological filter going whilst the external gets
established?

You should be fine taking out your fluval 4+.

Then just leave both you internal and external running for around 3-4 weeks.
