Careful with the Eheim filters with a heater built in.
they have quite a reputation for unreliability. (you find lots of broken ones for sale)
you may be better off looking at the Hydor range of in-line heaters.

mind you, I'd still get an Eheim filter though.

I will second that comment, didn't mention it myself as you only asked about combined but the alternative is certainly a hydor inline with a quality external filter
