External Filter Video Request.

Hi,
I have just got my first external filter and the output pressure of it is no where near as strong as my Internal filter (Fluval 3+), so im a little worried that there wont be enough current or surface agitation for my fish. I have tried a spray bar but that just slows the current even more. Can you please post videos of your tanks current/surface agitation so I can compare please. I have an Eheim 2222 pro btw. It maybe the case that the current is too strong at the moment and the slower one is better but im quite new to this so im not 100%.

is the flow adjustable on that model? i thougtht my pro2 2028 was a tad slow but it turnede out i had the flow turned down

It has a white (Ceramic I think) media, blue sponge, substrat pro (brown ball things), white sponge,. The current looks ok compared to the ones on youtube maybe im just used to the current produced by the 3+. With the interal filter 3+ the plants sort of sway in the current. However with just the external they dont even move.

The flow is adjustable but the taps are wide open.

Do the wide outlet nozzles make much of a difference to the pressure?

Yes, they disperse flow better, so less current (pressure) and more flow (overall water movement)
