external filter for rio 240

can anyone help.i'm trying to find an external filter for my jewel rio 240.any one own this tank with an external??thanks in advance.i have looked at the fluval 404 or an eheim of some sort.

you are proberbly looking at the ehim professional 2224
or if budget allows professional II 2026
bigger is better

if you can afford it go for the bigger,
but like picca said you need to but the media too
and thats not cheap.

I'm running the 2224 on my Juwel 180 so I would say you should go up to the 2227. Fabulous filters ! You'll be very pleased with your purchase

I had a quick squizz and you're best bet is probably Aquatics Online - fully inclusive (all media, pipes and delivery) is £124.99 which I think is a VERY good deal.

The 2227 is advertised in pfk at £99.95......but you have to mention the advert to get it at that price!!!(again....inclusive of p&p)
