People talk about Co2 which i think i know what it is but what it have to do i need help so i know what this stuff does and those other thinsg that people test the tanks with can somone help me an explaine all this too me.

I deciphered the message. However, (please don't take offense at this) you have to rewrite the message so we can understand.

Co2 is important because the fish exhale it and plants take it in during the day and return it to the tank at night (photosynthesis and whatnot). Also, if there are too many fish and the surface isn't broken (no gas exchange), the fish die because the CO2 content of the water gets too high.

CO2 also helps plant growth, and if the plants don't get enough they wither away or die outright.

its not how fast u type its how u type, we all make typos, but when u dont use any punctuation an it all runs together like this we find it hard to understand , dont u think? its also hard an borig to read topics if they ARE ALL IN CAPS.

iv ended up with migranes quite a few times :blink:
