Evil Betta

I have a female Siamese fighting fish in a 5 gallon aquarium, and she won't stop bullying the neon tetras. Is there anyway I can stop this, or will I have to move her?

I had one do that to my white clouds, but it subsided after a few days after she felt she established that she was top of the pecking order. If it goes on after a week, I suggest you remove her.
