After an emotionally rough week I needed some light relief.

There must be someone else watching?

Not me.
I thought it was a joke when I heard Englebert was representing us

He's always been dull, even when he first came out.
I guess that'll be nil points again for us

I was wanting to watch it but I have an exam on Monday and I also had one this morning so I will literally be working until about 11pm ish tonight. (And I was up at 6! lol).

Eurovision will be my guilty pleasure on Monday evening... along with a decent shot (or two) of whisky with coke :D

Haven't watched it in 20 years or so. Used to be a big thing back home in the 80's early 90's but interest fadded with time. Remember watching happily every year with my grandmother.
To be honest i didn't even remember about it anymore.

Should have got Black Sabbath to represent us. Can't see us finishing anywhere decent, it's all politics.

Have they dusted the moth balls off terry wogan again for this or has he been replaced yet?
In fact, did he not kick up a fuss a few years back over the voting system? How it was all a fix?

Graham Norton as been doing it for a few years now, though he's just as annoying, his sarcastic unfunny comments are unbearable.

Fairly sure it is all a fix. All the eastern European countries have their hands in each other's pockets.

You know it's bad when that pair of idiots Jedward get more points than us. I'm not even sure why the UK bothers entering! It's embarrassing... :/

However, my little brother has thoroughly enjoyed himself watching it so it's been worth it simply for that :)

Frankly it was rubbish - don't know why we enter at all, not sure why my fiancé even feels the need to subject me to it yearly either lol!

Heh they were pretty awesome  after they finished I asked my eldest (aged 7) what she thought of that... her face was like O.O LOL  I think her eyebrows nigh on met her hairline!
