hi i am still thinking of turning my juwel trigon 350 into a marine tank, what would i need to start with, ie powerheads, skimmer? i am only going to have live rock to start with. or would it be cheaper to sell mine and buy one of ebay thats already set up? thanks

Keep your tank, you would of corse have to to get amother filer and probably another pump but aside from that I can't se any major expensios.

im going to have a sump, what powerheads would i have to get for that size tank? also can you add live rock straight away or do you have to let the tank mature? or can i take the water out thats in there now and mix it with salt? thanks

For fish only you'd need 3500 LPH worth of powerheads
For Softie/LPS reef you'd need 7000 LPH worth of powerheads
For SPS reef you'd need 10500 LPH worth of powerheads

Liverock should go straight into a tank that has RO mixed saltwater and is up to temp with powerheads running.
