Enough room for these

at the moment i have 1 male and 3 female gourami in my 39 uk gallon tank would 1 catfish and 4 clown loaches go inthe tank without fin nipping or any fighting so in the tank peace fully.

Seems OK but depending on the size of your fish the tank may or maynot be big enough.

the gouramis are dwarfs and not full grown so it should be fine

The clowns will be ok for the time being, but will eventually get big.
Possibly as big as 10-12 inches. Maybe more. They shouldn't grow too quickly though.

Clowns can get really big compared to dwarf gouramis. I haven't heard of them tearing smaller fish apart but its always best to be cautious with such differences in size (2 inchs for dwarf gourami vs. 12 inchs for clown loach). Also with clown loachs you are going to eventually need a much larger tank to hold them and the other tankmates, the tank would be majorly overstocked if they were near full size.
