Enough Light?

I have two 42" 38W bulbs in my 240ltr (63g) tank. One of the bulbs is designed to promote plant growth the 'Original Tropical' the other is a 'Daylight' bulb. Do I have enough light to grow plants properly? I have also just added CO2 but am worried that I don't have enough light there is no reflector fitted in my tank.

I would like at least 2 watts per gallon before adding CO2. Your wpg is a bit over 1. The CO2 may help, but I doubt it will be much.

Have you considered adding more light? What type of plants do you have?

Im buying two reflectors that should help me grow most things shouldn't it?
