hi i just joined this site and im wondering is this site made in briain

InvisionPower who provide the forum service, I think are an American company.
I know there are two administrators. William and Inchworm. Inchworm, is from the US whereas I think William may be from the UK, but im not 100%

The Moderators are mixed, Ianho an example from the UK, Oldman an example from the US and Ludwig an example from South Africa.
From previous threads, I seem to remember the majority of members are from the United Kingdom, followed by the United States.

But this is very much an international forum with members from all over the world.

Inchworm is not an admin, its Tolak (USA) and William (from UK) who are the admins. But yeah, majority of users are from the UK

I think my heart just skipped a beat...

But yeah, It's largely British, Big US crowd here and a smaller "other" category. But doesn't matter where you're from, unless you're trying to sell your stuff.
