Empty Fish Tank

i was wondering if anyone could help, i have an empty 26 uk gallon tank (40"by18"by12") and i cant think of any fish to put in it, any suggestions

what fish do you like? im guessin that its in the new world cichilds you wont suggesting for them

i would get 2 angels or 2 discus with 20 cardinals and some catfish like corys or ottos

that would be WAY overstocked angels grow tall and need big tall tanks discus need big tanks to

keyholes , apistos , nannacara ,or lateacara..........the tank is big enough for a pair maybe 2 , perhaps a small harem , as well as some schoolers.............

those are just my suggestions for a 40"by18"by12" tank

how long have you been keeping fish?

and what have u kept already?

planted or non-planted?

only keep discus if you are prepared to do at least two water changes a week of about 10% each.
