Emperor Tetras

I have a solitary Emperor tetra (a long story) and she needs some companions. However, I am having problems finding anywhere that stocks them. I am looking for Nematobrycon palmeri (see picture on this link, if it works):

However, all of the shops, except one, are selling Inpaichthys kerri (see below):

I did find one place selling the fish I was after, but to be honest the stocks they had were being looked after so badly I didn't want to support their establishment (poor fish). I am based in Settle, North Yorkshire, and have so far tried the shops I know of around the Preston and Blackburn areas. Going in the direction of Bradford is also an option.

If anyone knows of somewhere selling Emperors up this way then please let me know. After my attempts so far (including being told that my Emperor's did not actually exist!) I would prefer to go to somewhere I know has them rather than risk another fruitless journey. Alternatively, if anyone is over-run with them,and needing new homes, I would also like to hear from you.
