Emperor Tetra

I'm planning to get 6 Emperor Tetra for my new 20gal tank. The tank is still cycling and I'm planning it to be heavily planted.
These are the fish that will be kept inside:
#3 Swordtail
#5 Rosy Barbs
#6 Emperor Tetra
#4 Bronze Corydoras
#2 Dwarf Otocinclus
This is the first time I've ever kept Emperor Tetra and I want to know everything there is about them. Like their behaviour, faourite foods ect. Anybody know anything?

they prefer soft water, and an acidic Ph, the overall quality of the water should be good too..

A friend has a couple of them. All I can say about them, though, is that they get pretty big, for a tetra. His are about 3" long (roughly the size of a dwarf gourami).
