...anyone here from the UK got them... where from? Are their requirements the same as my Glowlights?...

my local maidenhead aquatics always have them.

Yep, Maidenhead Aquatics in Notts has them too. I went in there to get some but I got seduced by the Blue Emerors instead (I'd not come across them before) - they're a different species which don't grow as big as the Emperors but neither do they have the same length of fin. Here's one of the boys:

They both like the same conditions tho' - and I have mine in with glowlights

We got ours from Coral Bazaar, in Tadworth, Surrey. They usually seem to have them in stock. We have had a pair of Emperors with glowlights for about two years. Hope you find some for your tank, they're beautiful fish.

i've got 5 of them, 2 males and 3 females.

i bought them from Tropica at forest moore nursery in knaersborough, north yorkshire.

excellent fish, really good colours and quite lively. i have them housed with 6 cherry barbs and they love it.

i would highly recommend them to you.
