Emergency- guppy still fighting for his life.

I posted here about the condition of my guppy. Unfortunately I didn’t get advice on what to do.

By the looks of him, I doubt he’ll survive much longer. I would hate to have to euthanize him, but I don’t want him to suffer either.

I have no idea what to do. If I had one, I would have made a suggestion, but all you can go is guess.

What are the water parameters?

All normal. 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, and about 5ppm nitrate when I tested today. PH is between 8.0 and 8.2. KH is 11 drops and GH 7 drops (from the API test kit).
