Email Notification Failure

For some reason I am no longer getting emails notifying me when a reply has been made to a thread even though I have this feature turned on in my settings.

Why is this?

Been waiting for a reply, as I did subscribe to this topic, and set it up for an e-mail notification.

It seems to work fine for me. What are you running for an operating system, what are you using for a web browser, and which skin are you using?

I am running windows vista, using Firefox and using the classic blue skin.

I have not got one email notification in the last couple days, even though there has been replies to countless threads.

I also never changed anything in my CP, so they should always be the same.

Check your control panel. I'm running XP & Firefox, just switched to the Classic blue skin before changing the notification back on again. I did notice instant notification isn't quite instant, seems to be a 3 minute delay.

Is what I have posted in my previous post(picture) all I need to worry about in order for me to get email notifications?

Or is there more in my CP that I need to check?

That seems to be it, as long as you click save changes & your e-mail addy is correct it should work.

It has always been like that, never has been changed and yet I am not getting any emails?

I don't know if you have already done this, but after the switch over to the new system, I had to stop watching all the topics and go back and redo them one by one before I got email notifications again. It was a pain but it worked ... and as already said not quite instant I have about a 2 min delay.

Yeah, after the switch is still worked just fine.

This just started a couple days ago for reasons I am unaware of?
