Iam ever so sorry to mess you around mate, but it would appear to punish me for going over my overdraft limit twice, for less than a pound each time my bank has helped itself to 100 quid from my account!

I still want the heaters but Iam afraid it will have to wait until I get my disability benefit, that is next tuesday (the 23rd).

I know how annoying it is to be let down, but would you please keep them for me 'till then?
