Frustrated with inaccurate chemical tests, I've looked around for an electronic alternative. Have you ever used one? I've looked at a few by Hanna, especially the multi-parameter colorimeter C203. Are there any others you recommend?

I use temperature and ph probes from hanna-very good :D

ste :)

I've seen them, they look quite good and aren't too expensive either. The only tests I have trouble with are the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. The reason I described here.

i'd love to be able to use them but they arn't with in my price range atm, i'v seen them for about $100 minimum...and thats online!!!

Doggfather - this site has the Hanna range starting from about $45

Tenko - I use the Hanna pH meter, a lot easier than using the test kits.

Cheers, Eddie

Oops - sorry about that, but then again you should enter your location on your profile.... :p
