I'm running an EHIEM PRO II canister filter which I bought brand new 4 mths ago. After cleaning it out yesterday the primer would't suck the water back up into the canister. I had to finally pour water into it to get it started. I greased the "O" ring and sealing ring as per instructions but nothing. Is this normal to already have this sort of problem or should I be doing any other maintence at this point with the head?
