ive tried zooplus and charterhouse and everything else google brings up

I see nothing listed as 2252
the only other thing that ends in 52 is a pump 1252

I have just had a look and i do have an Eheim 2235 that is fully working wiith a new impeller that you could have and use for spare parts. I thought it rang a bell when i gave you the website for spare parts so i went and checked. It works okay but you have to fiddle with the top a bit but otherwise it's fine, anyhow it's your's if you want it
