Does anyone who has one know if they come with tube extenders that allow cleaning of a deep aquarium?

Does anyone who has one know if they come with tube extenders that allow cleaning of a deep aquarium?

Hi I have one. It does have a small extension but they are supposed to be used fully submerged. My tank is 27" deep and I don't have a problem using it.
