Eheim Media

Hi Guys,

My eheim 2217 is due some new media, but i'm not 100% sure what stuff I need. At the moment it has some small white 'pebbles' that I believe is EfiSubstrat. I also have some blue filter sponges, and the white filter wool.

What sort of replacement media do I need, and how much?

You might not need to replace the 'white pebbles' maybe just the sponges. Don't replace it all at one either as you will then throw out most of your good bacteria. Maybe try replacing the sponge and wool or just the wool and give the 'white pebbles' a rinse in the tank water to get any junk off them.
