Eheim Double Stop Taps

Hi guys, I'm needing a bit of help and wondering if anyone can oblige. I want to adapt my filter hoses so that they are easily removeable for cleaning.
 
The Eheim 16/22mm double stop taps would suit me just fine but they are quite expensive. Has anyone found an alternative to the Eheim ones? I have attached a link to the ones I am contemplating buying but a cheaper alternative would be lovely.
