hi,
i currently have an Eheim 2224 that i was going to use when i set up my 200l mbuna tank, but have seen a 2227 we/dry filter for sale at a good price. i have read in different places sayng that the 2227 is a good bio filter but not god for mechanical, what does this mean? does it mean that its no good on its own?
would a 200l tank be ok with just the 2224 or shall i give that up and get the 2227? but i do also have a fluval 204. would running the 2227 and the 204 provide the mechanical and bio filtration i need?
