Eheim 2217 filter

Anyone out there have this filter (or another similar model!!)

About to set mine up on a new 60 gal aquarium, and wanted to check whether most people stick with eheim's recommended:

EHFIMECH
EHFIFIX PAD
EHFISUBSTRAT
EHFISYNTH PAD

or whether you use a more custom set up??

I have three of the Eheim traditional canisters. The only thing I changed is I don't use the hair net pad. I find it just falls apart too quickly. I also put the ehfisubstrat in pantyhose, making two pouches (so you can replace half at a time). It also makes it a lot easier to rinse. Hope that helps!
